Project
A commercial project entering planning before the bid becomes obvious.
Established businesses
OMIAH identifies opportunities, intelligence, and openings that established businesses may not have the time or visibility to find themselves.
A Pursuit can be a project
What a Pursuit is
Not a predefined category, and not a list of names. A commercially useful opportunity, with enough evidence to decide whether it is worth your time.
A commercial project entering planning before the bid becomes obvious.
A customer whose upcoming needs align unusually well with the company.
A geographic or industry segment the company is equipped to serve but has not actively pursued.
A company, distributor, contractor, or channel partner that opens a new line of revenue.
A service or product the company could logically add using capabilities it already has.
A change in the market, ownership, regulation, customer behavior, competition, or supply chain that creates an opening.
Every Pursuit is different because every useful opportunity is different.
These are examples. An opening that does not fit a label can still be a Pursuit.
The Pursuit Package
Written for the opportunity in front of you. One opening, or several related pieces of intelligence. Decision support, not a list of names.
The opening, in plain language.
What is changing, and what waiting costs.
The capability, position, or relationship that makes it plausible.
The sources, and how far they actually go.
The people a next conversation would involve.
What is still unknown, and what would change the view.
A possible first step, sized to the evidence.
The sample is one fictional project. A real package is written for that opportunity, and it will not look like a form.
Growth Partnerships
For a small number of established businesses, OMIAH can work alongside the existing operator to develop a revenue opportunity the company has not had the time or the people to build.
One opening worth a real test.
A baseline, then a defined period.
Develop it with the operator, if the test holds.
Go further only when the economics are real.
Where there is strong alignment, longer-term partnerships may take different forms.
No portal. No long intake process. No pitch deck required. Tell us how the business works, where you want to go, and what keeps getting pushed aside. If we see something worth pursuing, we’ll tell you.
hello@omiah.ccWe continue by email. The relationship lives in your inbox. There is no account, no portal. Please leave out confidential project files or sensitive personal information until OMIAH confirms the right way to share them.
Why OMIAH
The work is to find what is actually worth acting on. A thin finding stays a finding. Volume is not the point.
Explore the work
Research into projects, accounts, markets and partnerships, written for an established business and the decision in front of it.
A Pursuit Package explains the opening, why it may matter, the evidence, the potential fit for your business, what remains uncertain, and possible next actions.
No. Research supports a decision. Buyer interest, procurement outcomes and commercial results must be established separately.
Email your company website, how your business works and what you want to explore. Scope and terms are agreed privately, and correspondence continues by email.
